"I had a wonderful stay at the The Kensington Hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special from start to finish.
The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere with great cocktails.
The location in Kensington is perfect. Close to everything, but still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Per the reviews, we knew it was an older property but the service and set up was perfect for our family. To have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area for the price was amazing. And the staff was so kind a helpful. In addition, it was a great location: near a major tube stop, a direct shot if you take the train from Heathrow, and a grocery store and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for families traveling to London."
