"The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "Beautiful view of the beach from the infinity pool. You can watch the fisherman & surfers go about their day. We rented a golf cart from the hotel and the lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and recommended great spots to eat & explore. Very clean rooms, filtered water provided. I would go back in a heartbeat! "
