"We just returned from vacation at Excellence Riviera Cancun! It was an incredible trip enjoyed by my husband and myself! The food was amazing, the property was extremely clean and the service is over the top at the pools, the restaurants and by housekeeping! They go above and beyond, were so nice and work very hard! Landy took exceptional care of us at the pool anytime we needed drinks or wanted to order food poolside. Erica did a wonderful job as well bringing us drinks when we were enjoying...

"This is a good hotel but not excellent. The air conditioning in my room was not working propertly and we reported, someone came but the day after the issue continued. The food is ok but not excellent. The rooms are pretty basic and the staff was nice but always trying to sell the time sharing package. In a moment I felted like in a store running from the seller."

"It’s clearly a full party destination. There are people up walking around yelling 24/7 drunks everywhere. Fighting every night occurrence and below average food at every place in the resort. Good party place but poor family amenities"

"Beautiful resort! They went beyond for the kids…so many fun kid activities. Waterpark and lagoon was a blast…made up for the lack of beach. Only recommendation is make dinner reservations before you arrive at the resort otherwise you may have a hard time getting in. My family had a very nice time…I will definitely be back!"

"In general, the hotel is clean and employees make sure you are enjoying your stay. Rooms are ok. Nothing out of this world. Everything is thinking for the best experience of kids, and obviously that's the reason we chose this hotel. However, food was simply ok. Not to the level of hotel it promotes or the money you pay. "The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
