"Quiet and relaxed place!"

"I love the view, the pool, the staff were helpfull. The riu parties were insane. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the food. We tried to main restaurants and the rest we ate the buffet ones. The steak restaurant was good but the asian one was basic. The buffet lunch and dinner was very basic as well could have been better but overall great place to stay. "

"We met some of the male waiters at World cafe and they were so-oh helpful and efficient. I would like to commend them. I wish I could recall all their names, but one was Oswaldo. We also had a female housekeeper that always kept our room in tip top shape - Room 534. We were so appreciative and tipped them for their excellent service! We had such a great time during our stay and plan to revisit next year. Loved this hotel, the food, the service all noteworthy! Loved the buffet - vast selections...

"Food was awesome , the specialty restaurants food is amazing , staff is great, rooms are super clean. Ambience in the day was great however at night after the show in the theater there was not much to do but sit at the lobby bar which has plenty of seating areas and just mingle or go to the lounge bar which also has plenty of seating areas and a pool table and TVs but no loud music it’s not a club lounge type. Overall it’s a great resort . "

"This was the best resort that I’ve stayed in. We brought our kids (7&10yo) with us and they loved every minute. There was constant entertainment throughout the resort for all ages. Every restaurant had excellent food, drinks, and service. "
