"This is a truly amazing property with extensive trails and observation tower that you can climb up to get above the treetops naturalist guide, guided tours and wonderful views of the volcano from the observation deck whenever the clouds allow. Bar and restaurant have excellent offerings. No need to go off property truly an amazing place and a destination within Costa Rica. I only wish we had another couple of days there. Two nights is not enough."

"The location is phenomenal. I would stay here again just for the beautiful views and spacious rooms with patio. However, there was no hot water in our rooms and when I inquired the staff instructed me to play with the electrical panel breakers in the room closets. The water never heated despite following their instructions. The TVs didn’t work which we wanted to use since everything shuts down at 8pm and you’re trapped on site without comfortable common areas to hang out after dinner. Also, the...
