"最初、Kioskとはなにかわからなかったが、行けば分かるように掲示板があった。 また、google mapでみたとき、駐車場がどこかわからなかったが、問題なく駐車スペースがあった。 バストイレは共通だが、タオルの入れ替えは2日に一回くらいだった。 冷蔵庫に物を保管するときは、近場のスーパーで得た紙袋に部屋番号を書いていれておいた。特にイタズラされることはなかった。 玄関の鍵を開け閉めするのにコツがあり、鍵を深く入れてから、抜けないようにすこし鍵を引いたところでしか回らないものだった。 また、靴を脱ぐスタイルの宿だった。 しかし、kilaueaからかなり近く、利便性はよかった。 古いので温水が出るのに時間がかかった。 費用は抑えられた。また火山の活動と休みがあえば、泊まりたいと思う。"

"I did not realise that we were staying in a plantation village, with multiple accommodation. I had made a request for two beds and, as it was a slow time of year, we got two bedrooms. Pahala is a very cute town (and currently the only one with a grocery store as the one in Naalehu was no longer as at 28 Jan 25). The people were also really friendly. "We enjoyed our 1 night stay. It was clean, spacious & a pretty neat place to stay. It’s like staying in a big Tree House😊. Wish we could have stayed longer but will look for this place next time we are in Hilo. "
