"Clean rooms and impecable room service. Property itself was small and easy to navigate. Gift shop stayed open until 11pm which came in handy! Breakfast was great at both restaurants and the afternoon taqueria being open was fabulous! The beach was why we stayed here. Romantic and calm atmosphere. We loved our time"

Ran out of body wash 2 days into our 6 day stay, again attempted multiple times to have body wash refilled and it never was. Check out day I was trapped in the elevator for almost 30 minutes. "They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!"
