"The Reef Playacar hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Nicht viel negatives zu berichten. Das Abendbuffet hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Man merkt dass das Management auf die Vorschläge und das Feedback der Kunden eingeht. Da Hotel ist gut überdacht mit grosser liebe zum Detail. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der Strand in Playacar ist der Beste in der Region. Viel Sand, wenig Saragasum, wenig Strandverkäufer, keine Parties. Wir würden wieder buchen und das Hotel weiter empfehlen."

"The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...

"Great boutique resort. Very clean, staff was attentive and awesome. Location is close to many popular destinations for dining like Rockas and El Fogon or beach locations like Mamitas. "I bagni sarebbero un po' da sistemare, nel senso che le porte andrebbero cambiate e le fughe rifinite meglio, ma è tutto pulitissimo ed è la cosa più importante. "Tout etais très bien. Les chambres très confortables, le matelas, les oreillers parfaits, nous avons tres bien dormi. Mes enfants auraient aimé des lits simples plutôt qu'un lit double. Donc ma fille a gardé la chambre et mon fils a dormi dans le fauteuil lit du salon mais il n'y avait pas de draps supplémentaire mit a disposition, donc ça serait bien qu'il y ait un drap blanc supplementaire. La piscine magnifique. Le personnel très aimable."
