"When we arrived at the property, it was raining heavily, and nobody could help us to our building. It's far from the front desk. I asked many places and staff, but nobody could provide an umbrella. A little disappointed with the service."

Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada. "Everything was wonderful, but the elevators kept breaking down. I’ve been there three times and never experienced any breakdowns before. Also, my air conditioner was VERY loud! Maintenance came to fix it, but that only worked temporarily. I’ll still go back there, but I hope everything is fixed."

"Our was clean and updated. We have an amount of preferred time which was bigger and more private than those on the ocean side. The property was beautiful. Not very accessible for those in a wheelchair or a scooter. The staff were great. We did have different experiences with staff at different restaurants. "
