Also they should have built washrooms in the main dining (Moctezuma) as it’s a pain in the ass to go to the nearest one (which was btw far) located by the sports bar / near the gym. Foods were all tasty and delicious!!!! I gained 3.5kg in a week! Can you imagine?! 😂"

We also have to recognize Orlando at the Kitchen Table restaurant. His attention to detail and genuine kindness elevated every meal we had there. Orlando went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—offering great recommendations, making sure we were taken care of, and creating such a warm, inviting dining experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds, great food, and plenty to do—but it’s people like Alberto and Orlando who truly set it apart. "This is a beautiful safe property! Very peaceful and the restaurants are delicious. My favorite was the India restaurant, The Bhogali. The staff was always helpful. My butler Misa was AMAZING, very personal calm and willing to help with whatever you needed! The Spa was relaxing and the therapeutic pool, amazing! My massage and body scrub was wonderful. Breakfast lunch dinner desserts were perfect! Great juices and drinks too! It’s right of the ocean that has in island that you can visit! You will not be disappointed if you book here! Enjoy because I will definitely return !"

"This was our first time to an all inclusive package in Cancun, and as a family with 2 little kids, not having done this before, I was a bit anxious. With that said, today as we are leaving Cancun, we are sad to leave as the kids had a lot of fun, and the stay was incredible. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always attentive to every little detail. The food was delicious and plenty of choices for us. We were upgraded to a room with an ocean view and it was gorgeous. The room was clean, very well maintained, and very spacious as space is what I need for my family. I shouldn’t even call it a room as it was more like a one bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The apartment was quiet and no matter what was happening outside, or next door, I never head anything and we slept pretty good. All in all, pretty pleased and quite a beautiful experience. I highly recommend."
