"The resort is located about an hour from Cancun airport. We dealt with Lomas Hospitality in booking. They are fntstic..on top of everything at the resort including your transportation. Resort staff is amazing…very friendly and beyond helpful. The room at the Suites side was very roomy and comfortable. We thought the swim up room would be fun but honestly we rarely used it.
