"The room was nice, but the a/c I could barely feel it. I needed to point it directly to me to get a good sleep. The bed was amazing, I did rest! I didn’t use the kitchen so I’m not sure if it worked well. The pool was great, the view was great! The location it’s also great, close to everything! Overall it was a great stay! Just the a/c was my main concern."

"We loved the family friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean. Robes and slippers were provided for our stay. The staff provided top-notch customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son lost his stuffy while there and a female concierge staff member went out of her way to locate it for us. "Everything was great except for the dinner reservation options. When we arrived we were told there were no reservations available for the next two nights at ANY restaurants. Zero. And the only one available on our third night was at 4:30pm which we took. Because of this we had to eat at a buffet on our wedding anniversary. Otherwise everything else was great."

"Really great location beachfront with lovely views. Needs updating, renovation staff is great and restaurant is good. For the price it's reasonable. No luxuries, but basically clean."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"The room was dirty- sheets torn, stains on linen and robes provides has holes in them. The best thing about the property is the spa. The lobby is pretty and so is the spa area but upstairs where where the rooms are hold a consistent smell of mildew. Check in staff isn't very helpful if you encounter a problem- one lady was and her name escapes me, but I made an error when booking and nobody else went out of their way to help me.
