"This is a really lovely hotel and we had a great relaxing holiday. The staff are all so nice and really helpful. The pools are lovely and the food is also good which isn’t always the case with all inclusive. The only issue was that there were water problems in the town and water was cut out for a good few hours on 2 of the days. "I have had serval dissatisfaction and disappointment events from staff to service , Expedia says that there’s room service but there is a cut off time which is not mentioned, I didn’t get the bedroom selected on my reservation and many others, However it’s always best for each to have their own experience."

"la fotos no dicen la verdad de como se ve el lugar en la actualidad , a la vez tampoco indican que la playa esta totalmente inutilizable por el sargazo que cubre toda la playa inclusive . Nosotros salimos del lugar el mismo dia que llegamos totalmente fustrados por lo que vimos y no quisieron reintregrarnos nada a pesar de las pesimas condiciones del lugar."
