"This is truly a 5 star hotel experience. From the initial greeting by the staff at check in to the very informative concierges. The room was well appointed and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. We had an issue with a shower head leak that was resolved within the hour. If there is one slight criticism, it would be the price of the food. I paid 38 euros for a caesar salad, that was pretty scant for the price.
