"No available breakfast facilities. Restaurant was full of lethargic American tourists who were supposed to have cleared so other guests could eat. Room aircon did not have ability to cool room. TV remote and interaction with the TV could be politely described as cumbersome. "

"Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. "

All the staff that we interacted with were a credit to the hotel and nothing felt like too much trouble. We opted for breakfast each morning of our two night stay and the quality of the ingredients and service were a highlight of our visit.
