"My husband and I stayed at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and we would highly recommend! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, our butler team was very attentive to all of our questions and requests, and the resort was clean and calm. We really enjoyed having access to so many different restaurants - it never felt like we were stuck eating the same thing as it sometimes can at all inclusives. We were very happy with our stay and would like to go back to this resort!"

"Very pleased with the resort. We did the included catamaran, cenote, and the shopping excursion. The food, staff and such at the resort was fantastic. Room stayed cold and room service was prompt and fresh. Where things went wrong: this hotel partners with Lomas Travel for the excursions. The conglomerate that owns the business owns Lomas travel. "Favorite staff members: Omera, Miguel, Adeline, and Rosa. Expedia did mess up our traveling friends transfer to airport on way home. Very disappointed that they had to pay for a taxi out of their pocket when they prepaid for their transfers ahead of time!"

"Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced...
