"Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. "Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. "

"Comfortable hotel, good facilities, fitness area was practical, looked like needs a little attention to spruce it up."

"The only negative item to state was that the postcode via google did not bring us close to the property. I walked along the road for a few hundred metres, reading the various house signs before finding the property on a dark, unlit road. I just think some sort of indication should have been given as to the precise location. Apart from that, everything was 5 star."

"My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."

"Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. "

"Literie de bonne qualité, personnel courtois, déco simple et moderne, propre,... Choisi pour son tarif bon marché et sa proximité de l'aéroport, hélas il n''y avait pas de navette comme mentionnée dans l'annonce, trop loin pour effectuer cette distance à pied et aucune restauration sur place pour manger le soir... Nous avons dû prendre un Uber pour y venir et en partir, ainsi que nous faire livrer à manger, ce qui a vite fait monter la facture. Donc si vous êtes véhiculé allez y les yeux fermés....

"We recently stayed at Hilton London Gatwick Airport, and to be honest, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Before heading out, we called reception and asked if our room could be refreshed and the towels replaced. It seemed like a simple request, but when we came back later, nothing had been done. The towels were still the same, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and the room hadn’t been cleaned at all—even the trash was still there. It was frustrating, especially after taking the time...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay."

"Lindsey and Richard run a wonderful B&B with a cooked to order breakfast with farm fresh eggs. The rooms are spotless and well taken care of during the stay by Lindsey. The area is quiet at night for a good sleep, the yard and gardens lovely, and an excellent pub close by. We really hope to be back one day."
