It felt like every meal and experience had “upgrade” options that you had to pay for which took away from the convenience of the all inclusive. After check in we wanted to sit by the pool but the place where we needed to get towels was closed. We were looking forward to the catamaran experience but it had to get cancelled due to weather. "The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

"Rooms are solid, but nothing out of the ordinary. Finding staff willing to provide a good service was the biggest challenge. From getting golf carts to pick you up to follow through on requests, many areas and different people failed to deliver. We booked because las year we stayed at the Playa Mujeres property, and it didn’t live up to that. "

"Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. "

"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"Everything about this resort was beyond my expectations! We booked a premium level swim up room for 5 days and 4 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very nice and courteous bell service men. Went straight to the premium level lounge to check in. It was fast and easy and even made our dinner reservations right then and there. "The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. "
