"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"The July was amazing all around. Spacious, newly renovated rooms in a classic building. The staff were extremely friendly, such a warm welcome when we checked in as well as throughout the stay. We didn’t use the gym but the sauna was great. Centrally located right close to Victoria station which is a good hub for wherever you need to go, or its walking distance to Buckingham/Westminster. Breakfast was amazing, usually hotel breakfast is just a buffet but this was Buffet + a La Carte which was...

"The room and property were petite but beautiful. The staff are absolutely fantastic and made our stay. We loved our washroom/shower facilities, the included breakfast was tasty and abundant, and the AC in the room was great.
We would certainly stay again. We only wished our room would be services earlier in the day- as often it wasn't completed until 3:30-4pm."

"Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time."
