"Our first stay at this Rui Palace Facility for 8 days. I was very impressed with the Food, Staff were excellent, Facility services, pool and drinks all no complaints or any suggestions. Had no issue getting into the restaurants at evening time, but we ate around 6:30-7:00. If you went later 8:00 pm or after then people had to wait, but excellent choice for us to stay and relax. Also spoke to other individuals/couples and they agreed!!!"

"Hotel exteriors, and interiors are beautiful, and modern. Perhaps too modern that made us uncomfortable. For example, the rooms. It is impossible to control the light because all buttons turn on or turn off all lights. Useless. The toilets, and shower glass design is faulty because toilet glass doors doesn't provide noise nor odors privacy. The coffee maker is too modern, that is useless because now you have to scan a QR to see a tutorial in order to make a single cup. Sill, never worked well....

"The 2 of us had a great stay here. The property was very clean and there were tons of activities to do throughout the day. Drinks were great, food was amazing especially at Pier 12 and the Mexican restaurant. Gym has its own separate pool for swimming and is fully stocked. The spa was great and massage on the beach exceeded expectations. 1 major turn off about the property which is a trend among the Hyatts, they try to bombard you with add-ons constantly brining up extra prices.
