"The hotel was great. The food in the restaurants was good. Felt safe and secure to stay. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The prices is a little expensive, but he experience was good."

"We had to call everyday and ask for the fridge to be stocked towels and wash cloths food was less than mediocre. We were suppossed to get robes and slippers with the room we had to ask and the robes had no belts and the slippers looked used..there were not enough towels for the beach. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed stagf was unfriendly and really didn't care. Mirror in bathroom had black mold the frame "

"Continental breakfast was fresh and I guess presented nicely. Definitely won’t fill you even momentarily. Basically they want you to just purchase their breakfast. Hotel maintenance was just fine. They cleaned the rooms well ! Pool was nice as soon as you enter to relax and buy a couple drinks from their little bar. The upstairs pool is also fine but pretty isolated. "

"We stayed recently, a family of 9 across 3 rooms. The hotel itself is “nice enough” at a surface level — the location is convenient, and the general facilities are decent. However, it is significantly overpriced for what you actually get. The rooms and overall standard don’t align with the cost, especially compared to other options in Cancún. The biggest issue for us was the presence of mould in our room. This wasn’t minor — it was noticeable and concerning. We were travelling with our son,...

"Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!"
