Cutlery and plates, ironing board and hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. No coffee tea or sugar sachets though, and no toothbrush or razors etc. Good quality bedding and towels. "Very convenient location! Close to the tube and buses. Some places to eat and drink, and shops nearby. It was not clear to me that this was a flat rental- not a traditional hotel. I did not realize the check-in must be done online to get door codes. I appreciated that they responded to me quickly, got the flat cleaned and ready a bit early so I could leave my luggage and enjoy my time in London."
