"I recently stayed at Xcaret Resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The room was dirty upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable.
The beach, which is usually the highlight of a resort, was also not well maintained. It was noticeably dirty and not inviting at all. On top of that, the beach chairs were old, worn out, and some were even broken, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the area.

"Our stay was amazing! Friendly staff, great food with a lot of options and a lot of different activities. The only downside was the algae by the beach but the staff was constantly cleaning so the guests could use the beach.
I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family and would come back."
