"Very nice hotel, a stone's throw from Gatwick's North Terminal. Great staff, nice accommodation (we were upgraded to a nicer room upon check in, which was a nice touch), good buffet breakfast with a varied selection of items. All in all a fail-safe option when overnighting at Gatwick between flights."

"Breakfate good but room for improvement. Better selection. Room very fresh and tidy. Bed and towels good. Towels soft. You do have to ask for more tea bags , milk and suger for room. Not many on arrivel."

"Rooms need updated. Very unlike most of their “ sister “ properties. Bathrooms poor shape and windows filthy. Exterior grounds in need of desperate tidying weeds all over and poorly exterior grounds keeping. "Great location for an overnight before our flight and staff were extremely helpful with arranging transport and making sure our stay was comfortable..."

"Reception kept disappearing,bar tender had to called by receptionist! Public toilets in bar female out of order ,male dirt all round skirting board ,pipes on the ground for some reason dirty bathroom all in all ,Bed mattress needed replacing springs coming through not a good night sleep at all ,would not recommend,also pint of larger £7.50 ! Even more expensive than most London bars "
