"Not a fault to be found. Great position in Nusa Dua, where you can easily access the beach, restaurants, bars and the amenities at Bali Collection next door. Staff all very hospitable, facilities excellent and high quality. You can’t go wrong choosing to stay here. "

"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie.
The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...
"Fridges in room do not have freezers. We like to make ice and freeze drink bottles? More lounges required for pools. Classes offered for yoga etc are excellent, Nerdi is a wonderful instructor , we enjoyed every one! "
"This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port.
The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks.
