"Lovely hotel staff were all friendly and polite "

"The property was well managed, maintained, and clean. We made this our last stop of our UK and Portugal trip. We flew in from Lisbon to Terminal 2, and took an Uber to the hotel at Terminal 4 (we could have taken the Tube, but it was late and we had a fair amount of luggage). We commuted into London on the Piccadilly and District line, which was about one hour, but very convenient. It was excellent for our trip home, because we checked out, walked ten minutes through the enclosed pedestrian...

"So handy, right in the corner of arrivals. M&S outside. Coffee machine available in the library. Tea, coffee & complimentary water in your room. If you want a meal or cooked breakfast you need to go out into the airport. I had a lounge so had breakfast there. Room is small, clean & comfortable, temp perfect. Nothing I can fault so 10/10"
