"The ground floor room was very spacious and clean. The room was a little noisy which was to be expected on the ground floor, but earplugs were provided. Despite that, we slept like babies as the bed and bedding were lovely. The Hotel is a lovely space and the staff were fabulous, very attentive and super helpful. "

"Nice friendly welcome from the gentleman working the bar on arrival Thursday 23rd October around 2pm, booked in and explained about breakfast, evening meals, on-site parking and what was happening at the pub over coming days. Shown to our room which was nice and bright, very clean and comfortable. "Breakfast was fresh and generous, staff were friendly and helpful with directions and tips. 8 minute walk from the train station, 15 minutes to the Minster and Shambles. No lift and narrow stairs could be problematic for mobility challenged, but we had no difficulties managing. We would definitely stay there again!"

An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate.
