"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"

"A pleasant one night stay in Bristol to see the hot air balloon fiesta. Used Tesco club card partner through hotels.com so that softened the price. I wouldn’t have paid £170 to stay for a night, but ballon fiesta is a busy time so guess it’s supply and demand. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. "The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"

We had requested a walk in shower due to accessibility issues which was provided, however the bathroom was extremely small which wasn’t ideal for someone with disability issues for ease of moving around.
