"Great resort, lots of activities. Only drawback was that our room only had one bed despite there being 3 people on our reservation. Luckily they had a cot they squeezed in so it worked out but I feel like they could have been more accommodating in the beginning instead of causing quite the panic between 3 grown people about how we were going to sleep. One person almost ended up in the bathtub, which is not what I paid that much money for!"

"From start to finish the resort was very clean and welcoming. I stayed in the xt suite. All of the restaurants was good especially the spoon(breakfast) and Spumante was top tier. Concierge was on top of their jobs. The night life was good also. Something different going on every night. All the pools were nice and had a different vibe at each. The highlight of the trip was the spa. That was the definition of pampering! Martin and Stephania did an amazing job. "

"The biggest issue was that the room refrigerator was an empty eye sore. There were only 3 soft drinks and 2 - 7 oz beers. If the resort is all inclusive why are we limited to only 5 small refrigerator drinks for my wife and I. "

"My friends and I have come to RIU for the past two years during spring break. The food is always amazing, the restaurants and buffet are excellent, and the drinks are super tasty. Our room was always cleaned. All of the staff were always so kind, fun, and willing to help when needed. The parties are also very fun, and they have free, safe, transportation to and from. I highly recommend! "
