"Clean rooms, very helpful staff and it was kid Friendly. The variety of food in the lunchroom was great
but the restaurants on the property were full and the reservation system was inconvenient and not as accommodating for we didn’t even get to enjoy any of them."

"I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations"
