"Enjoyed properly. Still in construction phase so only one pool operational while we were there. The staff was amazing. Drink service by pool great. Pool side food available. I didn’t get to experience but hookah at nights which is a big deal for me. They do try to upscale the top floor for the champs and rooftop pool. "Our family trip was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and everyone we spoke to was very accommodating. Our flight was a direct into Cancun, so we arrived at the property well before check-in. "enjoyed the view other than the seaweed that was on the beach but that is not the fault of the resort. Food choices were good My only complaint was that in the preferred area of the pool all the chairs were "saved" very early and were not available for the day. Most of the time going by them there wasn't anyone in them until later in the day. "
