"Excellent property with a beautiful atmosphere and a great overall experience. The only area that could use some improvement is the food. While there was a good variety of options, the quality and flavor could be better. Everything else exceeded expectations—from the friendly and attentive staff to the amenities, cleanliness, and overall condition of the property. "We had a wonderful stay at Lopesan! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return.
One suggestion for improvement: please increase the air conditioning in the lobby. It gets quite warm, and a cooler temperature would make the arrival and common areas much more comfortable for guests.
Overall, a great experience. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"This resort is a great location for couples. I traveled with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time. I’m not sure if this is the place to travel with a group of friends though.
The food options were amazing, even the buffet surprisingly.
We had Houston and Jose as our butlers and they went above and beyond for us. They really mad sure that we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.
