However, staying here in November was not ideal as they do not have heating in the rooms and our room was extremely cold. I assume, had we stayed in Summer, it would’ve been smooth, but in winter it was very cold and uncomfortable in the room. "

"Friendly staff however this can’t make up for the shoddy conditions of this hotel and the lack of cleanliness. And when you complain about the room they just tell you there’s no other rooms available. Our bathroom door handle literally came apart from the door, shower had no curtain so the whole bathroom gets drenched, toilet seemed to be leaking so floor was constantly wet. Also no bathroom ventilation. The rooms themselves are spacious but the lack of cleanliness and shoddy conditions let it...

"Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help. "
