They were very responsive and she came at 10 pm to check and poured chemicals down the drains to help. This is apparently a problem across the island- we did notice a stench in other places. "Gorgeous hotel. Quiet and perfect for couples. The nicest staff and beautiful rooms. Only negative feedback is the restaurant menu is expensive and limited but you are a 5 min walk to Pyrgos which has great options (Xeoporte was the best). Breakfast was great. "

"Staffs are amazing. I left my swimming suits and other stuffs in the hotel after check out but cleaning crew found them and set them aside by my luggages after check out. They were amazing. You could totally trust these crews. Demitri was also helpful in organizing the taxis and excursions. Location is great close to food and shops. Property is clean and new. View is nice, peak of ocean. Good deal for the price. "
