"Location and staff are excellent. Rooms are clean and quiet which is nice. However at the time of our visit only one elevator was working for 20 floors causing long queues and wait times to get to/ from the rooms. "

"The staff were very nice. The room was small but nice with exception to the heater/air conditioner and the room pillows. The heater/air conditioner was too noisy and made it difficult to sleep. No way to turn them off. The pillows were tooo soft that I woke up with a stiff neck. Also didn’t like the nickel and dimeing with regards to facility fee."
