"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar im Dschungel und ist somit auch ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und haben sich für die Tiere vor Ort begeistert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Durchreise."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. "As avid travelers, we can appreciate a great experience. This was hands down the best all-inclusive we have ever been to. Everything was spotless, the service was impeccable and the staff was super friendly: Omar, Miguel, Anturo, Joanna, Pedro, Carmen, Gabriella, to name a few. The restaurants and servers were all fantastic. Seriously didn’t have one bad meal nor one bad server. They are attentive and want to make great memories for you. Already planning to be back."

"If you’re looking for a quiet, mature and small resort to relax and unwind, this is your place. It’s a small intimate resort that has great food and service. The staff was accommodating and the overall ascetics were beautiful. Only downside, there was no entertainment. Other than that, this place was a great place to stay "

"If you’re a local or from mexico and you love the water sport they offer and you own a car /rent this is a great hotel for you. This is not a hotel for tourists at all. No one here knows any English which is fine and makes sense as I am in mexico but to try and explain that they are false advertising a hotel by lying on the hotel post is incredibly hard. "Great place for the 40+ crowd. The grounds were beautiful, the staff helpful, and the food at the ala cart restaurants was amazing. The included transportation to the resort was terrible in that they put us with a bus load of a private group that took an hour to process. The now obligatory timeshare upsell was a big turnoff."

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle.
