"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"The owners, Mark and Irina are fantastic host. Chef Derek is great. The place is truly serene and amazingly beautiful. The Glass house is very nice. Highly recommended ! My suggestion: Is to have a small microwave and coffee maker. Also, a dolly to transport the luggage’s to the suites. "

Our private pool was slimy, dirty, and was NEVER cleaned our entire stay (7 nights)! Would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone! "The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room.
