"We stayed 3 nights for a mini-vacation. This hotel was excellent from start to finish. Front desk staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. We were offered our VIP bottle of wine but chose water instead - nice alternative and was restocked frequently. Room upgrade unavailable because they were sold out. The hotel is SO quiet and clean - every staff person friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely and beds comfy. Dining options were endless and we were able to walk just about...

"This is a reasonably priced hotel within a 5 minute walk of Times Square and in the heart of the theater district. What not to like about that?"

"The rooms were on the small side, but clean & modern. 27th floor outdoor patio, just inside free different types of coffee. W We were in a room with a kitchen and it was well equipped, with free bottled water just down the hall. Will stay there again on next trip to NYC (we were staying near Grand Central Station with a total of 4 rooms."
