"The pool pump wasn’t running so the water was stagnant and cloudy and I wouldn’t let my kids get in it. I called to have someone look at it and checked an hour later and still not running. Hot tub had a lot of dirt in it and cloudy water as well. "

"CONS: Pool facility closed since January, It’s March!!! Big UGH since hot tub was a priority in booking this hotel. Hard to navigate to Lobby for check -in. 4th floor hallway has very musty smell, as well as the heating/cooling fan, when on. Bathroom floor is extremely slippery, even when dry. Elevator is very slow, we used the stairs the whole time except for check in/check out. One stairway was flooded at the lowest level. Navigating the stairs to lobby and above is a Jedi mind game….or like “Labyrinth”. It’s like they change every time you use them. PROS: Nice balcony overlooking the the stream and mountains. Right in the thick of downtown. Decent breakfast. All staff that we encountered were very nice. "

"The grounds were beautiful. Housekeeping was helpful and the chef prepared excellent food, the corn beef and cabbage wonderful."

"The room needed the carpet cleaned otherwise it was fine. The only complaint we had, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had hard boiled eggs and sausage links. One day no yogurt, no bagels and only one kind of cereal. "

"Beautiful hotel, we stayed in 417, smaller than expected. Jacuzzi tub is in the same room as bed. Small balcony was nice. Bed was comfortable, room clean and well kept. Second night, room above us has a hot tub also, it started leaking through our ceiling wetting some of our luggage. We put trash cans under and staff came to address the problem. Third night about midnight it started again, worse than before. We had to pack everything up in the middle of the night and move to another room. Very frustrating experience, but a nice place overall. "
