"We stayed here for six nights in June 2026. Apparently it’s the “slow season“ because no one was here! No fighting for pool chairs or waiting at the bars or restaurants. We upgraded to preferred and it was worth it because we could visit Dreams next door and we had our own pool. "Lo único bonito la vista a la playa nada más , el lugar está muy descuidado , atenciones pésimas , el aire lo prenden a las 9pm con la calor que hace , luego lo apagan a las 8am este lugar no debería ser rentable menos a ese precio 👎, todavía sigo esperado la devolución de un día que no nos quedamos"

"Todo estuvo suuuper bonito, solo me hubiera servido saber que muchas cosas tormento costo extra, como algunos camstros o camas qué están en la alberca infinita, lo que se ve en las fotos que te atrapa: las hamacas sobre el mar, tienen costo y aparte del costo tienes que consumir minimo $5,000 en le cap, si no, no las puedes usar, etc. Me hubiera gustado saber que no hay acceso a todo por hospedarte en el hotel. Fuera de eso, todo esta super padre. Todo en el restaurante Caribeño es delicioso....

"This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again"

"We had a great stay at the Blue Angel Dive resort. It was my 1st dive resort adventure as a new diver and they made me feel very comfortable and supported the whole time. It was wonderful having the restaurant on-site (with breakfast included -Bonus!). All the staff were great, especially Carlos & Rigel in the restaurant. Dive shop & boat folks were phenomenal! Dona Mary & Alfredo kept things on track & flowing. Ana took special care of me as I was a new diver & kinda freaked out at one point,...

"Huge parts of the facility are under construction. Maintenance overall is poor. Buffet food was not good in the slightest. Restaurant quality was slightly better. The pools that were open were nice,but terribly congested as the main pool is under construction / repair. Funstaff from Diamonds International were good, but didn't make up for the properties other shortcomings. Would not stay again."
