They were incredibly personable, extremely helpful and hardworking and always courteous even when I noticed other guests being unreasonably rude. I generally felt as though I could have just hung out with the staff while they were working. I would highly recommend this place."

I originally booked the West end divers resort up the street and it was a really nice place with the pool but I'm getting a little older and up and down. "The resort is stunning! Although certain areas were closed for repairs, that did not detract from the overall experience or the beauty, cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and one particular staff member, Stefeny Pinnace went above and beyond to make it memorable. "I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!"
