"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"

"The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"

"Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Room was a good size with fantastic view across the park at the front of the hotel. We had requested a walk in shower due to accessibility issues which was provided, however the bathroom was extremely small which wasn’t ideal for someone with disability issues for ease of moving around. The hotel room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. Food was excellent in the restaurant. There is the option for two tasting menus but the remainder of the menu is...
