"This was my fourth time at this property. Three times were 20 plus years ago. This place is a shadow of its former self. The check in staff either were brand new or just plain lied about amenities that did not exist. No concierge person was ever at villas and when I asked people to make reservations at restaurants they never did. One hostess refused to seat me for lunch because they were going to close in 10 minutes. The food was absolutely horrible in the restaurants! I ended up...
