"Nice place. Well maintained Ed. Lots of pools and access to beach. Sooo many vendors and salesman at beach. "

"Room: Clean overall, but a few issues: mold around the bathtub drain and a hole in the curtain. We reported it right away. Also, no pen or paper in the room, which was inconvenient. Pools: Generally clean, but we noticed dirt and standing water under some lounge chairs. Twice we saw staff drop dirty cups into the pool—once they even asked a guest to pick it up. Also, some terrace pools facing the beach and the rooftop pool are only for Enclave guests, which felt restrictive. Food: Buffet was good—lots of options and fresh food. Cocktails were just okay, and the poolside snack bar didn’t have much worth eating. The steakhouse was very disappointing—skip it. Even the regular steaks and desserts were bad, worse than the buffet. The reservation system is frustrating. You have to book a day in advance, but Enclave guests get priority. By the time we booked, only late slots were left. One night we waited an hour for food, and it wasn’t good. Not family-friendly unless you upgrade. Service: Most staff were friendly, but a couple were rude (pool towel staff and one Italian restaurant server). Big thanks to the omelet station staff—they were amazing. Checkout: After 12 PM checkout, you can’t use facilities unless you pay $10/person/hour. This felt unreasonable and left a bad final impression."

"The property and the grounds were immaculate, our room was clean and spacious, and the dining and bar options were fantastic. The tennis court and two pickleball courts at the resort were in excellent condition, and Alex the tennis pro from Argentina was fabulous! The resort features on-site scuba diving instruction in the pool and dive trips that pick up directly from the property, and Arturo our dive master, our boat driver, and Gaby our underwater photographer were all great. Mario, our pool attendant, was terrific, and that really goes for the entire staff — so many friendly faces we came to know over our eight-day stay (we liked the resort so much that we extended our stay for an additional four nights). Our only disappointment was with all of the seawood along the beach. The resort, to its credit, had truly professional grade equipment that they used every day to address it, but it was a constant challenge (one we’re sure is faced by all of the other resorts in the area). Despite that, we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this resort!"

"Room was clean, staff were amazing, vinellie the waiter in the buffet (not sure if the spelling) was very welcoming made you feel at home. The bartenders and waitress were all great. It’s not a very big resort but that makes it easy to get around. Beach area was nice. Food for every flavor. "

"The resort offers an exceptional experience, highlighted by its prime location, natural surroundings, and abundant wildlife, including monkeys that frequent guest balconies, as well as a beautiful lagoon and beach. However, I would like to bring to your attention an observation regarding the restaurant service team. Specifically, the server who was attending our table at the begining of our dtay(he was exemplery) was reassigned to the VIP section, resulting in a noticeable decline in service quality. It appears that some team members could benefit from further training in active listening, proactivity, and attentiveness. As repeat guests, we noted a discernible difference in service standards during this visit compared to our previous stays."

"Room was large clean with a view of the ocean. Housekeeping was good, drinks in fridge delivery was good. The la cartes are ok, food is lacking some flavour, and if eating after 7:00 you will probably have a wait. Only Japanese, steakhouse, Italian and Manhattan are the only four open for dinner, with buffet. Breakfast is only the buffet, lunch is buffet, hamburger/hotdog/pizza outside by pool, and possibly a Mexican à la carte. Room service has a charge of $200 ($10 usd) pesos for each time. Less then advertised, unless you are Infinite. Pools are good, lots of bars. Elevators at one end of the property were great, other end had one out of order and other was very slow. General cleanliness was good. Overall feeling was small maintenance is needed, paint, and small items. "

"Everything about our stay was excellent, the staff were always ready to help and very friendly. Everything was cleaned frequently, the rooms the pathways, everything! We would definitely consider this hotel again."
