"The internet was ok. Very nice, clean room. Very expensive by Canadian standards. There was one man who worked at the registration desk who just never smiled. But everyone else was very friendly. Security could be better. We would definitely stay again. "

Check-in was excellent and front of house staff were too. Housekeeping very good. Come and check the maids have been. Safe and fridge/ bottle rack in the room. Enjoyed it so much that I'm going back in January for more days. "

"It was a very convenient location near Victoria station so we could explore the city in all directions from there. It was also easy to get to Heathrow for our flight. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and big enough for three of us. And the towels were big and fluffy!"
