"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barcelona Maya Palace All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully designed, blending stunning architecture with lush tropical gardens, providing a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available; each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, catering to different tastes, and the food was consistently delicious and fresh. The pools were pristine, and the beach was just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. I particularly appreciated the range of activities available, from water sports to entertainment shows in the evening, ensuring there was always something to do. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. The Barcelona Maya Palace All-Inclusive Resort is a wonderful destination for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy great food, and create lasting memories. "The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water per person per day, not enough for the heat and the he sweating. Everyone was very helpful, especially Glenda at the gate. She lent us an umbrella when we were walking to the tiny store at the end of the road to buy water. She was very friendly and helpful in whatever way she could."

"My wife, 2 year old toddler, and I stayed at the resort for 4 nights. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and available at every request. Food and snacks were available all day long at every corner. The staff on the pool and the public areas create such a great and friendly atmosphere. Given the price we paid the stay could not have been any better. A big thank you to the dreams aventuras team for the work they are doing."

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."

"I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while. All of this saddens me but may not go again as it is not pretty and the staff was working continuously to remove it. In spite of their many efforts it is not pleasant to go in the water either as it is constantly coming in from the sea."
