"Breakfast was great, pool and lounge area looked amazing but sadly didn't use it. Room was small but clean and comfortable. I slept well but was woken up at 330am by stomping in the room above me for an hour. Food court is across the road so was very convenient for dinner and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Service was horrible, it was told that housekeeping was every other day and we didn’t have service , we called the owner and she give us attitude and said she was not able to give us service for multiple reasons which then she change everything saying her stuff told her we denied service which was a lye because we were not there . I will never book with them . Every thing they put on there website and booklet information was lye ."

"Our check-in was later. It seemed sloppy. Meaning the staff was not attentive to someone checking in. It was 11 pm, and we just wanted to shower and go to bed, but the water was cold. The next morning I explained it to the staffthey said they would send a maintenance person to fix it The maintenance person tried to tell my wife that the C on the tap was Spanish fir hot and we turned thebtap the wrong way. "I really enjoyed my stay at AVA Cancun. The resort is beautiful, modern, and has a lot to offer with great amenities, good food, and a fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience. One thing to keep in mind is that the resort is very large, so be prepared to do a lot of walking to get around. If you don’t mind that, it’s definitely a great place to stay."
