"Room was clean the hotel was well maintained, the restaurant at the 33rd floor was clean but the service was rushed and the portions were too small for the prices"

"Unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations. The rooms are dated with very evident signs of this - stained furniture, poorly finished dry wall patch, banged up/rough surfaces, remnants of duct tape on the balcony door. The windows/balcony door are old, allowing an inordinate amount of street noise into our 9th floor room. As it is a busy road, the noise is steady day and night. "niagara falls view outstanding"

"Clean rooms friendly staff"

"The room was kept in a very clean condition. However, I was quite disappointed with the shower water pressure, which was unusually low, and the bathtub drainage was very slow, making it feel as though I was standing in used water. "Air conditioning isn’t usable unless the hotel allows it based on temperature guidelines, My room was extremely hot at night and I was offered a fan. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here"

"We drove 3 and a half hours for a concert and we're held hostage at the entrance from former employees protesting for.over 2 hours. The hotel did nothing not even apologize. If you wanted to go anywhere in Toronto, you had to walk off the grounds to get and Uber. Other that that, the hotel was clean and the restaurants were really good."

"Clean room, and the amenities were so useful!"

"Lots of fun with the family for our children’s birthday celebration !"

"La chambre , c était bien , propre, La piscine était parfait.les sauveteurs étaient gentils. Le personnel était poli , gentil . Notre seul point négatif.. LE DEJEUNER AU RESTAURANT. LE BRUNCH était FROID. Quand meme cher pour manger froid et oeufs pas très cuit. Par contre notre souper la veille était excellent ! On a bien Imé notre séjour."

"Great view of the falls as low as the 3rd floor. We had a corner room with terrace. Beautiful view and friendly staff. Starbucks located inside lobby with small gift shop. Central to multiple attractions."
