"Extremely disappointed with this place, pictures of the room don’t really reflect how it actually is. Advertised as having air conditioning in the room and there was none, only 6/8 rooms have them. The main bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy, no mirror. My son was on the sofa bed in the lounge, the cover on the mattress when pulled the bed out was stained, the quilt and pillows had no covers on them! "The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The decor of lobby and outdoor space was bery nice. We had a very small room and the stairs to it were quite steep. We should have requested a ground level room, so if booking this hotel, ask for this immediately. This was in a great location near many restaurants and other amenities like grocery stores and the tube."

Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. "This hotel is the perfect combination of location and retreat. It is centrally located next to the Kensington Palace and multiple museums & venues. We stayed in a garden view room & woke up to a beautiful vista and excellent daily buffet with everything you need to energize before a busy day exploring! The rooms were nicely decorated with technology upgrades but the mattresses could use improvement (we are used to memory foam - which these were not.). The only element missing was a pool,...

"We had a lovely stay here and they upgraded us to a garden view which was awesome (could even see the london eye & the shard in the distance!) The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good location, not far from a tube station and bus stop. Having the convenience store under the hotel was awesome for snacks, water, coffee, etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! 😊"

"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."
