"To me it was a wonderful trip, a very complete buffet that you really don’t have the need to make any reservations for the other restaurants to be honest, staff was friendly and attentive, my only complaint would be that I reported my lil fridge was broken where I usually wouldn’t complain but in this trip I needed it and they just kept saying they would fix it and never did, aside from that the trip was perfect!"

"Check in was not good. I am a member of the hotel. Due to the fact that I booked through Expedia I was unable to use my membership that was paid for. The front desk was not helpful and just went back and forth with me advising I should have booked through the hotel. This has never been a thing. The room was not clean floor was dirty and sofa bed was left open. The highlight has always been the entertainment staff and bartenders. They never disappoint."

"My first time with this resort. I was impressed. The room, the staff, the service, the whole experience was great. The room on the ocean/family side was clean, spacious, great pool view, very comfortable. The staff i encountered, from checking in, to house keeping, the attendants at the pool and restaurants- all great! I would recommend to others and will return again for future stays!"
