"The property is great, the rooms are good size. The property is located in the middle of a big road between playa del carmen and Tulum and there’s nothing around. You need to take a taxi if you want to go downtown Tulum, or playa del Carmen and the taxi prices are ridiculously expensive. You can’t take uber in here. I would recommend this place if you have a car or if you plan to stay in the hotel the whole time. "

"A very nice first stay at this hotel. Out third trip overall to Cozumel. We took the all inclusive option because we knew we’d be eating the majority of our meals at the hotel. Three good options for food, our favorite being Cuzamil restaurant. The lava cake dessert is amazing. Good lagoon and great snorkeling at this resort. Taxis were always accessible and waiting out front when we wanted to go and shop in town. Our servers Alex and Efren were amazing and made this such a great stay. I...

"Amazing food, wonderful service, cleanliness…everything was top notch! Jonathan and Antonio in the lobby bar were amazing and made terrific drinks. Our favorite restaurant was the French as well! Plenty of activities to do around the adult complex and the other surrounding ones. We will be back at this resort with friends and family!"
