"Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows.

"It was the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. I paid premium prices, and the rooms were ugly. The service was terrible. There was nothing premium about it. The only thing here are swingers who really enjoy themselves and give the resort high ratings. It’s even below zero for me because I don’t care about the other stuff happening. If the resort had been nice, had good service, had good food, and had a lot of activities, it might have been okay. But it wasn’t. "

"Cons:
-temperature control in room is not good. Everything was wet from humidity. Rooms don’t have any dehumidifying system installed with the AC, so be ready to have a wet-ish bed and belongings at all time.
-entertainment is almost non-existent in the evening, if your with family and kids, evenings are pretty dull. Not like some hotels that have full on shows. Seating is very limited in the bar area where the “entertainment “ is suppose to happen.

"This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back . "
